Great appartment, at a very central location. Appartment was clean, comfortable and has all facilities needed. Pedro the host was very helpful and gave us some great recommendations in the area as well. 12min walk to the wine/bodega area.

The apartment was in a great location and we got free parking just the other side of the church. Only a couple of minutes walk to the square and about 15-20 minute pleasant walk to the wineries. The apartment was immaculately clean and easy to access with 2 lovely balcony windows in the main sitting area. Kitchenette had everything we needed for a short break too. Would definitely recommend.

Very practical, nicely renovated apartment with all you need. Shutters allow to make the rooms fully dark for sleeping or keeping the sun/heat out. Very close to Haro centre and less noisy. Friendly hosts who quickly adapted to our arrival needs. Thank you!

Great location and space for lots of people including a kitchen with lots of appliances and seating area as well as a lounge. The hosts were quick to communicate for access and in leaving our bags etc so made it easy. They also arranged a taxi for us from Bilbao airport and we used them at other times over the weekend.
For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
Despite language barriers, the hospitality was some of the best that we have ever experienced. The apartment is situated in a wonderful location in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, close to the main square with cozy bars and restaurants. The facilities were excellent. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
Reception on floor 1 of a block of flats. My room on floor 3. Reception unmanned. You have to ring the number and the lady will come let you in. The room was big and very bright with a wall of windows. The bed is big and very clean. Similarly the shower room is good size and shiny. Tele etc. Nice town. Lovely church/castle up on the hill. Good bar in the square.
What an amazing experience we had! And all thanks to the natural and amazing El Rubio house. It was in the center of a quiet and charming town. 10 minutes walk from the river. The check-in and check-out were easy and fast, Rubio answered all our questions and always wanted to help!! I will definitely come back to this apartment again!
Very comfortable, well decorated and well equipped apartment close to the village square. Car parking in street outside. Attentive host willing to answer any questions. Lovely village close to many other Rioja sights.
