We had a huge 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor for 2 nights. There was a big kitchen/diner/ living room, 2 large bedrooms and a small bathroom. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable with a good variety of pillows to choose from. We could park right outside the door. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped with a kettle and coffee maker, microwave, hob, dishwasher and big fridge/ freezer and there was an area on the upper floor with 2 communal washing machines and a dryer plus room to hang out your clothes. The roof terrace had lots of chairs and loungers to sit out. When we collected the keys from the nearby Aldea Hotel, the receptionist was friendly and helpful and said we could use the pool/ terrace etc at the hotel so we spent a pleasant hour there (though the pool was a little chilly in Feb). The bottle of cava was also a nice touch plus there was tea, coffee and sugar provided.

The pool staff was a big highlight of this trip, he brought out toys for the kids and was very friendly. The apartment was nice and big, a very big terrace with nice view. The beds were good.

The hosts were superb and friendly, they were around which felt very welcoming. We arrived late after a disaster with Gold Car Hire and they helped us make some food that evening offering us eggs from their chickens and home grown potatoes. The apartment was comfortable, well stocked with kitchen equipment and the basics for cooking which makes everything easier. There were a range of cereals, toast and delicious home made marmalades, fresh oranges from the tree to make juice. We couldn't be happier with our stay. We would have loved to stay longer, however unfortunately it was booked out. Lovely views of the sun rise and moon rise.

Our host, Maria-Carmen has been extremely hospitable and welcoming. We have been here two days and have explored Tejeda and the local area enjoying the almond filled cakes and the wonderful views of the mountains - the rugged caldera in which Tejeda sits.
The accommodation is spacious and recently refurbished to a very high standard. It us in a quiet spot at the foot of the town with a short, if steep walk into the centre. The bedroom has a picture window with a beautiful view of the mountains. We have also been sitting on the peaceful terrace in the sun sketching the lovely views of the hills all around and the town above. We saw a pair of kestrels and large soaring birds of prey that were too high to identify. Overall, a lovely, quiet place to stay.
We would certainly come here again.

We enjoyed being able to hike right from the apartment. We especially appreciated that the host provided all the necessities like soap, toilet paper, sponge, toiletries, etc. That made the stay relaxing.
Everything was great. Location is awesome, communication with the owner - in any situation - was above great, the apartment itself was clean and well equipped.

The apartment was spotless at the arrival and had all the necessities. The owner was friendly and we had no problems checking in or out. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and is really big. Perfectly fits a large family or friend group.
Amazing private rooftop with jacuzzi. Accesd isn’t direct from the apartment, but still very easy. Apartment was spacious, new and clean. Good shower. Very central location. Full equipped kitchen. And, not least, three different coffeemakers.

The position of the loft is amazing, in the town of La Aldea very close to wonderful beaches and all kinds of services. The host, Sebastian, came to the airport upon our arrival to give us the key of the apartment and some advice on things to do and places to visit. We stayed in touch throughout our stay in Gran Canaria and asked him for further advice and he was always very kind and helpful.
