In a very quiet little complex, the apt was spacious and modern with a tv in both the living room and the bedroom, washing machine, and a kitchen with lots of appliances, the patio was very large and sunny, great for eating our breakfast. Flower beach is just a short walk to the beach, maybe 100m, and the supermarket is about a ten minute walk away.
Club del Carmen is just a few steps from Los Pocillos Beach, 25 minutes' walk from Lanzarote’s Playa Grande and 40 minutes' walk from Playa Chica beaches.

The location was excellent regarding proximity to bus stops, which was important to me. The view from the property was over a car park, and the town is not very picturesque, but that was as expected and was fine for my needs.

Recently-renovated apartment full of amenities and clean. The central location in the island it has been strategic for us to move around with ease. In addition, Álvaro has been really attentive to all our needs during the whole stay. It has been a beautiful and relaxing experience.

I really liked the modern design of the apartment, the kitchen was well equipped and it was nice to have breakfast or enjoy a few drinks in the evening outside on the terrace. The property was a pleasant surprise from the entrance with its amazing gardens and traditional outdoors furniture. This place has a calm atmosphere, it is clean and the breakfast was perfect. Jose's apartment is located in the geographical center of the island of Lanzarote and is very convenient and close to everything. The airport is 10 minutes away by car, as well as other interesting places to visit. The apartment has everything, really everything, that is needed for a stay. Jose has even left capsules for the coffee machine, also water, soap and detergents. Extremely clean, cozy and art.
Excellent location if you need a base to explore Lanzarote on daily basis, availability of free public parking, very spatious and very well equipped apartment with all you need, beautiful gesture by the host who left a bottle of wine and cheese as welcome gifts.

Although a bit from Arrecife, the location is excellent if you travel by car. Peaceful area, very well maintained and equipped building, clean and cosy rooms, all these factors will make your stay both pleasant and comfortable.
