Oliwia from the front desk made us feel like Hotel Portmany was our home away from home. She was there whenever we needed something and gave great recommendations. The restaurant out front is really wonderful and the breakfast included with the stay was awesome. They were very accommodating and let us get breakfast late. The room itself was huge and had nice finishes (I enjoyed the towel warmer in the bathroom).

Great value for money. Spacious and modern rooms and a huge terrace with sea and sunset view. The people at the reception very extremely nice and helpful, did their best to accommodate any special requests. Most of all I was extremely impressed with Andra's service at the front desk! I had a massive issue with the property I was checking into next and she allowed me to use the phone at Reception to sort it out. There was no hesitation in her doing this and she was very patient & helpful and reassuring. I hope she is recognised for helping me as it really was above & beyond her duties.

Apartment was fully equipped for a self catering stay. Staff were always very helpful and friendly. The facilities to leave luggage and use the washroom on our last day was a bonus as we had a late flight. Location was great, very short walk to waterfront and lots of nice beaches nearby. Short walk to bus station and harbour. Taxi rank outside for longer journeys. Lots of cafes nearby and restaurants a short walk. Pool quiet most of the time, with nice bar. Honestly exceeded our expectations, thank you!
