Due to a last-minute flight cancellation, we had to book the apartment late at night. Hubert, the host, responded within 3 minutes and personally handed over the keys. Not only was the price very fair, but Hubert was also incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. He even arranged a taxi for us the next morning, which arrived on time. Amazing experience! Highly recommend!

This apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It includes air conditioning and background music from ceiling speakers. The kitchen is well-equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle. The bathroom features a bathtub and bidet. Additionally, there is a spacious terrace, perfect for relaxing.
Cosme, our host, is incredibly kind and helpful. Not only did he provide all the necessary information about the apartment, but he also helped us carry our luggage. He gave us a tour of the apartment, showing us where to find everything. Moreover, he assisted us in navigating Colonia de Sant Jordi and the entire island. He showed us the key attractions on the map and even pointed out some near-pristine natural wonders with few tourists.
Overall, a fantastic place to stay with all the necessary amenities. Highly recommended!

Nice and quiet accommodation away from the tourist traffic. Nice house with a garden and a big and clean pool. There was air conditioning in each of the rooms. Homerti team members were available for us by phone or email and helpful in everything.
The accommodation is in a quiet area which is great but everything (supermarkets, beaches etc.) is far away so we definitely recommend having a rental car like we did.
Comfortable tranquil spot with a pool, ideal if you are looking for a quiet time away. Beautiful natural beach 100 yds away, nice calm sea ideal for families with small children although a very mixed demographic of mainly Spanish and some other European tourists, A selection of good restaurants within 10 -15 mins walk to Sa Ràpita or 20 mins drive to Sant Jordi…which had a bit more choice …plenty of toilets 5 mins from the beach in the mini port although it’s just as quick to pop back to the apartment at Balcon.
This is a wonderful modern super comfortable apartment in a great location. Close to the nautico club and easy walking distance to the lovely restaurants of Sa Rapita. We were looking for a quiet peaceful few days away and The Blue Beach ticked all our boxes. It is tastefully decorated with lots of little extras. The bed was super comfy, lovely shower and a very well equipped kitchen. Our host could not have been more friendly and helpful. We would recommend to everyone and hope to return soon.
Lola's apartment is worthy of its rating. We had a great time there. It's a whole house with a spacious exterior, superb for longer visits as one could benefit from all the facilities available (grill, sunbeds, etc).
The beds are comfortable and it's super quiet during the night to provide a good night sleep. Lola is a wonderful host with good communication even though we didn't speak a common language :)
Check-in and check-out was super easy and flexible.
Collection of the keys was straight forward and the location of the property was ideal. With the exception of air conditioning, which would have improved our stay, the property was well equipped, though some of the decor felt a little tired and dated. The property was clean and comfortable though, with everything we needed for our short stay.
