The apartment is beautiful. We would say that it is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. The best part is the terrace, which is like a living room with a view on the garden. A wonderful beach is just a few minutes walk away, which was important to us because we were with the baby. You can reach center of Cala d'Or with restaurants with 15-minute walk through the lively part of town and every restaurant we ate at was excellent.
Jose responded to messages immediately, sent us a lot of recommendations and as soon as we needed something, he provided it for us. We will definitely come back here when we come to Mallorca!

We booked penthouse apartment to gather with our family. While Portomar experienced some technical issues prior our arrival, and we were relocated for 1 of the nights, I must say we were really happy for their hospitality. Penthouse has made our gathering special, and staff were friendly and accomodating our needs. Happy to come back again!
Nice, clean room. Location was great - the beach was 100m, supermarket was next door, plenty of bars and restaurants within 5 min walk. Never had a problem with finding parking space on the street. Our studio was in apartment building across the street from the main hotel complex.
They changed linen and towels and cleaned room after 4th night.
Modern apartment, with dishwasher and walk in shower. The staff at the reception is really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the peaceful garden in front of the apartment.
The accommodation is really good, we stayed in a beautiful 2 bed apartment with stunning sea views and couldn’t fault it. If you are looking for self catering this is definitely a lovely spot but if you would like to enjoy a 4 star hotel experience this is not the spot.
Distribution of 2 bedrooms was perfect for our family of 5.
We chose this location specifically to be near grandparents who have a condo nearby.
The hotel and apartments are dated but the recent decor renovations were nice and felt clean. Would stay here again for value of property and location to Cala Marcal. Otherwise the area is a bit touristy/felt rundown.
Our terrace was huge with 2 chairs, a table and 4 sunbeds on it.
The view was amazing and we had sun on the terrace all day.
The beds were the comfiest beds we have slept on in a long time and the staff were so helpful and friendly.
We don't usually return to holiday apartments but we will definitely return next year.
The pool area and all communal areas were spotless. Overall a fantastic place to stay.
