The location was excellent. Close to Guggenheim Museum and lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries close by.
Although never met any staff in person, they were easy to contact via Whatsapp. And they were very efficient and responsive

A little bit tricky to find, but there was a festival going on in town, which made it harder. Ivan, our host, was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice size, with an adequate kitchen and living room area. Beautiful little town, a short drive from hectic Bilbao. Very peaceful beach.

Great location for where we needed to be. Spacious flat, easily sleeping 5 people. Clean and well presented and a short walk from to the metro station.
If you have a car, there is a car park at the top end of the street, a couple of minutes walk away which has 24 hour access although it may look locked up at night. It was just over 10 euros per 24 hours.
Bakery immediately opposite, supermarkets around the corner - plenty of options for food right on the doorstep. Instructions for entering the property were ok.
Beautiful, colorful and spacious apartment, just like the pictures show. The location was perfect for us, nice to be close to the harbour and cable car over to the other side of the river. Only a short walk to the metro, so easy to get around and to the city centre. The kitchen was well equipped. The hostess was really nice and helpful.

Really friendly staff. We were upgraded to a better room on request as my wife wasn't feeling well. There is a restaurant in the hotel which is handy in the event that you want to stay put for an evening. Free coffee and hot chocolate available in what looks like an old confessional! Real quirky touch. Location just beside the hanging bridge means you can cross the river to the flatter and more upmarket side easily. A handy stopover for Ferry passengers. Parking available under the building. Would use it again before catching Ferry.

A great apartment in a super convenient location - an easy journey into the centre of Bilbao and a short walk to a small locals beach after crossing the river on the ferry boat or transporter bridge. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the host was helpful and responsive.
Beautiful apartment, very clean and as described. Had everything we needed for our week. Great transport links. There’s a supermarket right next door open until 9pm. Short walk to Portugalete metro station (buy a Barik card and top up from the machine in the station) and short walk to the bridge over to Getxo (for the beach) and you can use your Barik card for the crossing. Great play areas close by if you have little ones. Host was lovely.
