I had one of my most frustrating experiences ever at this property but their customer service is amazing so I would recommend. I work some from my computer and was having wifi issues. When this was communicated, someone helped within 30 mins. I also noticed that my bathroom shower faucet was broken. They immediately fixed it. I had an early call (4:30am this time zone because I was working on PST) and the connection was still not stable for more than a few minutes at a time (even after they reset the router the night before). I ended up having to cancel the meeting because nothing could get done. When I let the location know (at like 6:30am) they replied back to me saying they’d send someone out that day. Even after I checked out they messaged me that evening letting me know they signed with a new internet provider. Although my experience was frustrating, I really appreciated how seriously they take feedback and followed up with me. Amazing customer service!

The property is pretty in the pictures, but it is beautiful in real life. The location is in the heart of the historic district, but it was quiet and calm. Everything is clean and well designed. Belen, the host, was exceptional. Great shops and restaurants nearby. Washer/dryer were a Camino lifesaver.

Apartment is a couple blocks off the Camino. Nice open air patio, overlooks a rooftop, but it was nice sitting out. Plus, there is a washer! 3 bedrooms was a plus!

The facility is very cozy. Comfortable and clean. Jesus, the owner is very polite and helpful. If we visit again Pontevedra, we will be here again . The owner provides coffee, milk, tea, and a water bottle. It is very close to everywhere by walking.
If you have a plan to visit Fidel pulperia, it is a famous octopus restaurant, and it is between 4 -8pm, we highly recommend eating at El Trole. It is at the corner and the food is delicious. Also, they cook a delicious octopus.

Very small studio apartment with bookshelf doubling as divider between double bed and sofa bed. Very modern and exceptionally clean. Kitchen really well stocked with cutlery and crockery and including tea, coffee, water milk etc. Host was very friendly, met us to access property and explained the workings of everything really well. Great location when walking Camino and to access bars, restaurants and shops.
Beautifully designed modern apartment in the city centre of Pontevedra directly on the Camino route. We were walking Camino de Compostela with baby and this apartment had everything we needed. Very hot heating in bathroom, so our washed stuff was dry very fast. Very good breakfast spot for brunch just around a corner.

The owner was very helpful about letting us drop off our bags and , without asking, sent suggestions for restaurants. We followed her advice for a tapas lunch and for dinner. Both excellent.
