First impressions were mixed. View to the left was overlooking a roof which was untidy, messy and an eyesore. First impressions count. Not enough separation between us and the couple next to us (on the balcony) It felt like it lacked any personality or heart. It was very clean, big bonus points. Everything was as expected. Communication from booking to arriving was very clear with prompt replies to any questions I had. The location was great, right on the beach and near to bars and restaurants but not noisy at night, we visited in September. The apartments had everything we needed and we're very clean and the beds were comfortable.

The lady in charge "Promise" was super nice, kind and available. The studio flats were a perfect size and the fact that they had a washing machine and cooker also was fantastic. Every time there was a problem, it was seen to the same day. We had a lovely sea view, the rooms were clean and the location was perfect. I would definitely stay there again.
We received the warmest welcome, thanxx Anna. The Martinez apartment was exactly like the photos, perfect for our short stay. Parking was always available nearby & free. A short walk to all local amenities - beach, bus, supermarkets & and huge selection of restaurants.
The apartment is amazing and is located right next to the Palmanova beach. The bus stops are at 2 mins walk from the apartment. The apartment was sparkly clean and we also got a free upgrade to the apartment suite. It had all the amenities and had a daily cleaning service. We were specially pleased with Ms. Almudena from the hotel reception, who was very helpful and she also helped us getting local recommendations and bike rental services. We loved our stay at the apartment and would definitely visit again.
