Unique setting overlooking the sea. Large apt, full kitchen, clean and comfortable, secure, nice walks on the nearby roads and the trails provided by the Mar y Mar. Liked the breakfast option for an extra charge that is delivered to your door when you want it. The owners/mgrs were very nice and live at the apt complex and we're available for any questions or concerns.

Rosa is so sweet! She leaves extra nice touches, like coffees and creamer, chocolates, breakfast foods. It is located right on several bus lines (the bus stop is directly in front of the building!)

I was using my US cell without international wifi and you need to login through an app with online access to get into the door. There is no free wifi close enough to get you in. I kept going down the block to use Orange wifi and communicate with the host. So get an eSIM before booking!

Modern, comfortable, clean apartment. Very well located close to the old town and a three minute walk to the beach. The staff was excellent! Very helpful and responsive. Lots of big windows. Aircon worked great. Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and terrrace. Terrace space on the front, back, and top of the unit (we had the 6th floor.) Would definitely stay again.
(Do note, the parking is a public lot a few blocks away and is quite expensive. Worth it for the location and spaciousness of the apartment.)

Great location - a little bit challenging to find due to pedestrian streets but once there loved the fact that we could walk everywhere. Since there is a parking included in the rental you can really arrive - park and be stress free. Orio is a beautiful village with great views and the apartment charming and great value.
The apartment was perfect and very comfortable. It was within easy reach of the train station and main road and a short walk to the shops/supermarket. Thanks a million 🙂

The check-in was very comfortable, the staff was nice (although we never met them in person). Our apartment was spacious and clean. Located outside Donostia in the middle of the nature on a hill, amazing view of the sea. Beware that you might need a car to get there and that the streets going there are not illuminated in the night.
It is a spacious and comfortable apartment suitable for a family of 5 with garage. Excellent location in front of the beach. We've used it as a base for exploring the cities from Bilbao to Biarritz. It is 20 min away from. San Sebastian. Also had good morning walks in the surroundings.
The apartment studio is perfect for a family, super clean and very comfortable. The host was super friendly and even though we arrived late at night, she prepared the apartment for us in no time.
Nice clean apartment in the centre of a very pleasant old town. The receptionist was very nice and accommodating. She offered us a different apartment when we had an issue in the first one. Very handy for the train stop on the other side of the river. We enjoyed the self catering facility.
