Everything was perfect from the moment I arrived. Hosts kindly took me to the shop to get provisions and constantly asked if there was anything that I needed. Lovely apartment with all you would need, lovely shower with plenty of hot water. Air conditioning if you needed it. Pool was lovely to cool off in and loungers round it to relax. Highly recommend.

Nice and well-equipped accomodation in the center of Madrid. Metro station only 100m away and close to several interesting tourist attractions.
The caretaker Christian sent us a whatsapp in advance with his phone number and the reception opening times. Also upon check-out he offered his services for luggage storage and taxi options. Very customer friendly!

Location couldn't be better and the reception lady whom I am sorry but I don't know her name was friendly, helpful and always greeted us with a nice smile.

The apartment had everything one might need while staying somewhere, including an ironing board and a very well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Breakfast is plentiful, with a variety of hot and cold dishes to choose from and is changing slightly day by day. Additionaly, there is a 24/7 reception desk which was terribly convenient for someone who was checking in at 2am. The location is perfect in between two underground stations each within 10 mins walking and also within walking distance of the city centre.

The apartment was very well-equipped - towels, dishwasher (with tablets in it), washing machine (with washing liquid), coffee machine (with capsules), coffee, tea, sugar,..., and even an umbrella).
As a welcome surprise from the host - bier/Coke/water in the fridge.
The host has sent detailed, precise instructions on how to use the apartment and garage. and how to get there, and was responsive.
