The hotel has a nice setup and seems to have been recently revamped, as everything looks brand new. The room included a kitchen, a balcony, a comfy bed, and a spacious bathroom. Unfortunately, I couldn’t sleep well because they turn off the air conditioning already in autumn, as if Valencia were truly cold...

Lorenzo, our host, was wonderful and very helpful. Easy to follow instruction in order to access the appartment. The fridge went wrong during our stay but Lorenzo got it fixed (actually replaced) immediately. We got stuck in Valencia due to historic Spain floods, we could not even get to the airport. Lorenzo stayed in touch with us, even after we had checked out, and offered his supprt in any means. This meant a lot!
Great coffee shop at the corner, huge supermarket is also very close towards the metro station which is 5-min walk away only. Several playgrounds are in walking distance zone, very comfortable with young kids.

The hotel is a few minutes away by car from the airport and located directly at the Roses metro station. The journey to the city center took less than 20 minutes by metro. The night recepcionist was very kind even though he was super busy due to the Fallas. The room size was sufficient for three adults. The room was clean, quiet and well equipped for a short stay, the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was OK, the food was constantly replenished.
Next to the airport. Next to many restaurants and supermarkets. Next to the subway. Very convenient for a short stay before a flight or even longer stays thanks to the public transport.
The facility is located very close to the airport (10 minutes walk) and right next to the metro station, which allows you to quickly get to the city center. Very polite staff - we got one of the rooms at 10 am, so we could leave our luggage there and freshen up. The breakfast was good. I recommend it for a short stay!
Proximity of airport (walking distance) and low pricing - we had to stay overnight as car rental was not open at time of arrival. Service provided was perfect for the occasion. Breakfast was simple but good value for money considering location.
Located 10 m from the Rosas metro station from where is a 3 minute ride to the airport or 27 minute ride to the station close to the beach. Comfy bed and clean room great for a short stay. Good sound insulation. We spent one night there as we had a flight the next morning.

The location is good for airport travel and although close there was no aircraft noise. One stop using the Metro from the airport followed by a 5 minute flat walk. New modern design hotel with everything you need for a short stay. Staff were pleasant and spoke English. Cold buffet breakfast was adequate.
