Location was good - so long as you’re fit and happy to walk up a big hill to get from town. The level of cleaning around poolside in the morning was high. The poolside DJ was brilliant. Pool bar was reasonably priced.

First impressions were mixed. View to the left was overlooking a roof which was untidy, messy and an eyesore. First impressions count. Not enough separation between us and the couple next to us (on the balcony) It felt like it lacked any personality or heart. It was very clean, big bonus points. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The pool was absolutely fabulous, as was our flat as we rented the premium apartment. The location was superb, very close to magaluf strip however you ou dont hear the music if you wanted to stay in at night. Aldis across the road was very handy every morning. Very short walk to both Magaluf and Paul a nova beaches
Nice, clean, new and modern Apartment with fantastic view. Everything is close to… shops, beach, bars, Restaurants. I was all tíme in touch with accomodation manager.

Good size of the apartment but needs to have a refurbished and decorate ASAP.Also if you arrive late you won’t find anything in the fridge ,neither a bottle of water.Also we be brilliant if how is in charge for this flat will leave some instant coffee for your first morning .
The apartment was well heated as it was January and the weather was exceptionally cold. Although we didn't use the buses the stops are very close. As it is self catering Aldi was a few minutes walk away although the nearest supermarket was closed for the winter
