Location: Peaceful surroundings with an easy walk to Palaya Migjorn on the Southern Coast of Formentera Island, Spain.
Surrounded by a peaceful garden with cacti, roasemary, Lavender. Mullen pink flowers. Even though it is barely spring. the leaves are emerging in nearby tree farms, figs, peaches, grapes, loquat trees. I was told that it is easy to walk on the beach Migjorn. It is fine with some seaweeds. In summer, it will be even better!
Groceries: You can buy all the groceries you may need in San Francisco, city only 5 minutes drive. Ask Natalia about the local businesses or look it up in Google maps.
Safety: TOTALLY safe!
Driveability: You can easily drive from the ferry terminal to the bungalows of Carl Miguel Marti. The Ashbury Formentera has signs posted in the last few kilometers for directions. IF you are using Google maps, you will easily reach your destination. Please drive at or below speed.
Farming areas all around the property. Calm and beautiful.
Bungalow is sufficient in size for a family of 2 plus kids.
The patio at the entrance has a solid wooden table. The bungalow is non-smoking.
The living room is quite large with enough light.
The kitchen area is enough with enough space and flame burners to make tea and coffee.
Enough utensils for making all your meals, fridge, microwave, plates, cups, glasses, orange juicer came in quite handy. A lighter is provided but may be better just in case one breaks down?
ALL tools were working.
Bathroom: Hot and cold shower provided with shampoo and shower gel, hand soap, also.
Bedroom: Comfortable mattress, mosquito net, also. Four pillows.
Everything was clean, floors, too.
Staff: Natalia Alvarez is an office manager at the reception. She is efficient, polite and very helpful. She booked my taxi to the ferry terminal, also. Natalia will help you. She understands English but mostly speaks Espanol.
The rest of the housekeeping and the gardener, are polite and professional.

Great apartment in the most perfect location. Geda the property manager was very good at communicating and very accommodating. Everything was very straightforward & it felt very safe and clean for 2 girls.

Quiet. Spacious apartment for 3. Staff were lovely and helpful - let us borrow a beach umbrella and cool box for the week so we didn’t have to buy and discard. Helped with bike rentals too.
Lovely apartment with tremendous views from the balcony. Exceptionally clean, with beds made every day and fresh towels. Very well appointed kitchen and nice shower. Very well located in the port, with a small but clean beach just outside of the property, and good bus links around the island, to some stunning beaches. Can also walk (about 45 mins) into the capital of the island which is really sweet.
The peaceful location with an amazing view. No where on the island was more than 15 minutes away. Vicent, the owner, was very friendly and lives on site. The bed was very comfortable and lovely white bedding. We had the casita which was idyllic. But all the apartments looked lovely.

Beautiful apartments with very nice common area with swimming pool, garden and a bar if you feel like having a drink or having breakfast in the morning. We loved the location, near the port, beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and bike/moto rental.
