We liked the sound of the ocean, sleeping with the noise of the waves it was truly wounderful.
The big terrace with comfy furniture was very nice to relax.
The apartment was clean, welcome drinks and coffee were nice, also some extra in the bathroom (i.e. shampoo, enough toilet paper, earbuds, aftersun spray, wound disinfectant, washing powder etc)
The kitchen is well equipped.
The pictures are showing the truth. Comfortable bed and pillows, extra blanket was available. too.
Carmen was very helpful and flexible and she was regularly checking on us via messages if she could do something for us.
We stayed here at the end of October so it was very quiet, sometimes we felt we were the only ones in that area but sometimes we saw others around. I imagine in high season it's the opposite. We like our stay at Casa Nene.

Everything in the apartment (nr 10) and outside was gorgeous! We enjoyed every moment staying there. It was probably the most comfortable and beautiful apartment we have ever stayed in. And the garden with avocados, bananas, phyladendrone… Absolutely stunning!
The view was stunning, the apartment very clean and cosy, fully equipped, the surroundings peaceful and beautiful. There was always an empty parking spot. 10 out of 10!

A wonderful apartment in a great location, which is perfect for one person or a couple. I could always park in front of the building. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is comfortable and the wifi worked well during my stay. The view is unbeatable, I loved just lying in bed and listening to the sounds of nature. The communication with Carlos was very smooth. All in all staying in the apartment was a fantastic experience, I hope to return soon.
The view from the apartment is amazing. We stayed in 3 different appartments during our holidays and this one was by far the cleanest. It is small but very well equipped with everything you need. Carlos is a very nice guy, very helpful. Answers all the questions you have. If i ever come back to the north part of the island this is where i will stay.

Normally I rate the apartment but here is something unique. You dont care about anything else but the terrace! And experience being here watching the ocean
The view, The view, thé view… Never had such wonderful view from a rental studio: the Atlantic Ocean and the Teide volcano in just one incredible picture. Like they would say in a Michelin Guide: “vaut le voyage” this alone is worth the voyage. But apart from this: Carlos’ studio is super bright, super neat, super new. In one word: super for the price you pay. Yes it’s small but everything is arranged in such an intelligent way that two people can stay here with all the comfort they could wish for.
