Fantastic apartment in the heart of the old town. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped with modern furniture and kitchen (including a washing machine) We loved the location with lovely bars , restaurants and shops literally on the doorstep. The area felt safe. Nice easy to walk to the beach and to access public transport. I would definitely recommend these apartments if you want to be in the centre of everything. Abdel on reception was extremely friendly and helpful, if we had any questions when the reception wasn't manned we could watsapp him and he replied straight away. I could not find any cutlery , so I messaged Abdel and he came up to show me , there was a sliding drawer inside another drawer in the kitchen unit.

Very nice loft apartment. Large, spacious, comfortable. Two large beds (separated by partitions and curtains): one double bed, the other a comfortable double fold-out sofa.
We traveled with children for whom a large 'stork's nest' swing was waiting. Additionally, a wonderful welcome gift in the form of coffee capsules, cookies, water and delicious local rose wine, and for children, capsules of hot chocolate, jelly beans, crayons and coloring books.
Clean and tidy.
On the first floor, the possibility of using a library in different languages, luggage storage (free of charge), bathroom and washing machine (additional fee).
Late check-in was not a problem, after informing the reception about the arrival time we received codes for the doors and keys, and we completed the formalities and payment the next morning. Similarly, checking out in the middle of the night was not a problem, we left the keys in a box with a code.

Super location - close to beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Hard to beat!
Apartment thoughtfully designed, well equipped and spotlessly clean; we appreciated the complimentary water, tea & coffee and toiletries.
Whilst the apartment was a little noisy on the weekend nights this was no problem to us and added to the authentic experience; felt like we were living in Spain and the little bar adjacent to the property was great for food & nightcaps.
This is our second time staying in the property and will definitely be back; 10 out of 10 stays & communication.

It was very close to Alicante airport. Great place to stop if you are picking someone up or looking for somewhere to stay before your flight.

Clear communication, easy check in, quiet room, comfortable and clean. Excellent location if you are leaving from Alicante Airport. Good value for money. Everything you need for a short stay.
It's one of the best hosts and apartments! Helps us with everything we need, very nice, cozy, enough space in the apartment and around. There is a nice backyard with sunbeds and a sitting place where you can spend time and relax! Special thanks for water, ice cream and other good things which I found inside and was very happy, because I didn't have the possibility to buy before the check-in.
The place around is quiet, with a lot of trees and golf fields.
Paula was great, only stayed for one night and I had a really great stay. The room was super clean and had everything I needed. Paula let me cook and even let me try some of her soup which was really nice. Overall can’t complain — ahh also managed to find parking outside the apartment so all in all I’m very happy.
