Brilliant location for the beach was 50m from the apartment. A lovely safe beach with lifeguards. You can purchase a sun chair and an umbrella for the day (for two chairs and an umbrella 18 euros). Also hosts Daniel and Camille were always available to answer queries, we were unsure how to order a taxi back to the airport and they responded immediately. The apartment has the most gorgeous balcony which was lovely for sitting out on and having a glass of something sparkling.

Everything was perfect. Location couldn’t have been better, just by the beach in view from the balcony and lots of nearby restaurants as well as close proximity to the airport. Spotless cleaning. Spacious. Beautiful design. Air conditioning. Very friendly and helpful staff.

For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
The price we paid for 4 nights was under 350, so was value for money compared to nearby prices. However, when looking to book again prices increased similar to nearby apartments so would not be value for money.
We worried about some bad reviews, but the cleanliness was good and apartment cleaned with towels changed frequently. AC in each area worked very well and location was perfect for the area and proximity to the airport which we walked to.
the location was absolutely perfect, pretty much right at the beach. the location was all you needed with a bike rental and supermarket right in front of the hotel and lovely restaurants at the boulevard. the pool was also great and everything was exceptionally clean.
Good value for money. Close to the sea and local restaurants. Supermarket 3 minutes walk from apartments. Great mattresses . Apartment sufficiently equipped for self catering if opting to do this. Very nice pool area. All rooms seemed to face the pool area and had balconies.
Close to the airport but we were not disturbed by aircraft. Location offers busy seafront towards San Arenal and coastal walk towards Palma. Bus stop 3 minutes walk away on number 35 takes you to Palma.
No breakfast included. I arrived at address but could not gain entry. Gained entry from another resident and then phoned. Hosts were in apartment and were welcoming and helpful. Flat very comfortable for a short stay. There was a problem with no water the following morning. There was drinking water in fridge but was unable to have a shower. Hosts extremely apologetic. It was a problem for all the apartments in that block.
Nice spacious apartment and was very peaceful during our 6 night stay. Very comfortable beds and aircon was a bonus. Good size balcony. Everywhere nice and clean with beautiful plants in the garden seating areas. Pool was cool but as we hit a hot late September patch it was great. Good size fridge in apartment with freezer. Easy flat walk to beach. Restaurants near by and v handy supermarket within 75 metres.
Great studio apartment with cooking facilities and refrigerator. Balcony overlooking the pool was a nice place to relax. Good location close to restaurants, bars etc.
The staff were very helpful. We walked into our studio apartment and were blown away by the size. The sea view was amazing, it was also a nice surprise as I didn't realise we were to have one.
We had the first floor apartment, very clean and modern apartment with a huge terrace overlooking the bay. We had a car so the face there was also private parking was brilliant. Very friendly and helpful, we will definitely stay here again 😃
Staff super friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and there were drinks, crisps and a welcome note for our arrival which was a nice touch as we arrived late. The whole hotel is lovely, it's only one row back from the sea front and near to a bus stop for Palma and the airport. Plenty of bars and various restaurants within a minutes walk. And if you are self catering there is a shop opposite and also at the end of the road.
