Very secure; especially having a large garage as the entry to the apartment. All electronic multi language check-in so ensure you have your documents to hand.
It was ideal for our one-night stay, and very easy to access the town centre and ferry port (15 minutes by car). Getting into the property was difficult due to the automatic entry system not working, and a language barrier with the proprietor - but when we did get in, we were happy with the modern, air-conditioned apartment with integral garage, big enough to take our estate car with roof box and rear cycle-carrier. Very quiet and secure.
