I stayed in both houses and the bottom was my fave! The view of the square and cathedral with the orange tree line streets from the balcony is amazing. The location is superb with amazing restaurants and coffee shops and banks all within walking distance.
The church bells ringing was so soothing. Was quiet at night we stayed there during the week and Veronica the host is so freaking lovely. She has the house and kitchen completely stocked with everything you could think of needing even Netflix, toothbrushes and yoga mat! We love it here!

The AC worked very well.
We didn’t use the kitchen however, we noticed it was also brand new and had everything necessary to cook and/or have a meal.

It is very well located in the middle of the old town. Everything is new and comfy. The apartment had all the amenities we needed. It would be useful to have a guide for using the electric cooker as the hosts don's speak English to help out. Luckily, there was an old fashion heater that did the job.
Great location and not a far walk from many sites of interest as well as very good restaurants. The apartment has recently been refurbished and is extremely comfortable.
The flat is at the ground floor with the access directly to plaza de Cervantes, very close to the center and has a close bus stop. Facilities work and the apartment was very clean.
Best apartment we have ever stayed in Europe. Location was good, however do not be deceived by the area remember it is in the old town, it was a great spot to walk around and experience Badajoz. Host was very helpful
