Isabel was there to meet us at the property, she was very friendly, explaining everything we needed to know. The property was perfect, it had everything you would need on holiday, home from home. It even had all the toiletries for men and ladies that you would need, plus comprehensive first aid supplies.

Our apartment was comfortable and clean. The member of staff on reception was very helpful and polite.
The kitchenette had just about enough equipment for cooking, and it was great to have a proper oven and a proper cafetiere.

The location was excellent, easy walking distance to the centre of Lleida, straight down the road. Monika was easy to communicate with and met us at the door. The bed was extremely comfortable although my husband had one or two altercations with the sloping bedroom ceiling - the apartment is in the attic! We had everything we needed, although we didn´t cook so can´t comment on that. The lift is a boon especially with bags. No outside space but thats common when you´re in towns rather than resorts.
