Dina (the supper attendant) was extremely helpful and supportive with plenty of personal needs we had as guess. She even supported me in acquiring our missing luggage and even offered medicine when I told her I was sick. Very humanistic and ways of providing support to us as guesses. We truly appreciate her.

This property was fantastic!!! The moment you enter you get that home feeling. Super clean and everything with a beautiful taste. There was nothing missing to give you comfort and appreciation for the host miss Nancy. She always made sure we were happy and didn’t need anything. It was one of the best experiences in Egypt for me . I have been there 4 times but this apartment was my favorite ❤️. If you want comfort, clean and best value on your trip, choose this property. First I would like to thank the owners Sally & Mohammed for their warm heart felt hospitality. After four days of being in Egypt I tested positive for Covid. I was extremely ill & weak. Sally brought me medication & Mohammed brought me fresh fruit, water & food without accepting any payment & watched over me continuously like caring parents. The apartment was extremely clean with a beautiful living room, tv, wifi, air conditioning in my room. Very modern atmosphere with all the commodities of home, even a blow dryer of quality. Mohammed brought me to the Pyramids & we rode camels for over 2 hours for a very cheap fee. Honest people!! & care about your safety while in Egypt. Not only was the apartment very clean with maid service for free my bedroom had a view of the Pyramids, wow! One must keep in mind that you are in a poor country & yes the outside streets can be very dirty with garbage everywhere & poverty is rampant. Dogs and cats are everywhere but they are more frightened of you then you are of them & if you show them any kindness with food they become very affectionate. Sally & Mohamed invited me into their home & prepared traditional Egypt dishes for me & treated me like a Queen! My God they will be missed & forever in my heart. My dearest friends, thank you for everything & see you again! Arouba🤗🌹🙏🏼💕

Everything about this hotel was magnificent.
Before booking a hotel near the pyramids I searched and searched online for a room that I was sure had a view of the Pyramids but I was never sure of it..I can assure you that the view here is unparalleled.
The room is large and spacious so even though I travelled alone it would be great for a family too.
The beds are incrediblely comfortable, the air conditioning is great, the bathroom is beautiful and the balcony was much more enjoyable than I would have imagined. You can literally see all of the pyramids from a literal stone's throw away!
Machmood is the hotel owner and in all my time in Giza he's the only fellow I met who speaks perfect English. Actually, the hotel manager, a charming young woman named Esra speaks perfect English as well and is a star tour guide of the Pyramid Complex too. I highly recommend checking if she's available before booming with anybody else.
Anything I needed Machmood and Esra were able to take care of. Legitimately, despite his responsibilities Machmood is always joyful, funny, and helpful. Staying here was like having a personal Egyptian concierge.
Dua heads the housekeeping and kitchen staff and she's 100% dedicated to her responsibilities. She makes an excellent breakfast each morning and (unlike some other hotels I can name) after each housekeeping cleaning the room looks as fresh as if it were never used before. It's astonishing how affordable such a wonderful place is.
I've never had any security issue because the area is actually a whole lot safer than back home in New York, but they have staff on hand 24 hours a day to ensure total privacy and safety, as well as anything else you might need. I got to know Yusuf pretty well and he's a really impressive young man. So is Mohammed. They really take care of their guests.
