Location is good. Very close to CAI airport. The district is relatively good (taking into account what kind of properties can be in Cairo). Apartment is clean and comfortable. But we were there only one hour before the sleep time and the night. Did not have time to really understand pros and cons. Property owner was very kind to let us drop our stuff earlier than check-in time.
