The Hoster is a very friendly local man who is very patient and respectful of his guests. He was very reliable and considerate. We booked tickets for the light show that night and the sunrise boats the next day by him .he was very punctual and always contacted us 5 minutes before we were going, which made our trip very comfortable. There were welcome refreshments when we checked in, mineral water and fruit in the fridge, and he prepared coffee and tea for us at breakfast.
A very memorable stay and will book again next time.

The place is great if you want to visit temple early in the morning, location is 3 minutes drive from the site. Owner is nice, responsif and helpfull. He is really thinking od what you may need: fresh water, soft drinks, a welcome cookie, slippers if bathroom floor is vet and even a hair drier :)

Everything. The apartment was spacious, clean, with exellent wifi and AC, which was especialy usefull, becouse daily temeratures reached 37 degres Celsius.Ahmed was very nice and helped us with organising our activities. His mother is great chef and we ate some of the best food in our life.

The location, the owner, everything in this apartment was great.
If you will spent the night in Abu Simbal you definitely should stay in this apartment. 10 min by walk from the temple. The breakfast is included and it will in the nearby hotel Tuya which also a good place to take a drink or to eat while waiting for the night show.
But the most important thing that you need to know is the kindness of the owner. He was helping us, before, during and after our stay. Thank you so much

Fantastic apartment type living with modern appliances. Simply amazing in rural Egypt. Even the restaurant was good. Breakfast was okay, but I did have the best omelette I have had in Egypt. I really enjoyed my time and have no issues recommending it.
Big and clean apartment with a comfy bed. The owner Ahmed is a lovely and helpful person. He booked everything we needed for our stay in Abu Simbel (temples, light show, French tour guide). Do not hesitate to have dinner onsite because the meal prepared by his mother was just delicious!
Very well furnished and comfortable apartment. Per our request, we were provided with a stove and cooking utensils. 1 km from the Abu Simbel temple. We had our car and driver for the overnight stay, so it was easy to make the trip to the temple in the evening for the sound and light show (besides the morning visit ). Place was very clean and shaban the owner of the apartment was very kind and good hospitality. We was leaving to Cairo early morning around 05:00 but he did packed us breakfast. He is a very good and a honest man. I recommend who ever comes to Abu simbel to take Al Fouad.
An impeccably clean and cozy apartment within walking distance of both the Abu Simbel temples and the bus station. The responsive host's thoughtful gesture of providing coffee, tea, and snacks added to the comfort of our stay.
It was great! Clean and comfortable. We were 3 people and the apartment was huge for us.
Complementary water and soft drinks included and a beautiful souvenir as part of our farewell.
A few minutes walk from a good restaurant and the temple.
Host, Ramadan, went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and safe while traveling alone. He provides transportation to/from airport, monuments, and restaurants, but you can walk everywhere. Apartment large w/ kitchen and balcony.
