The property was not the property we booked and was not the address stated in the booking confirmation. When we arrived at the accommodation someone else was there who had only checked in that morning. We couldn’t get hold of the property manager, however the other party who was already set up in the house got in touch. We were then moved to a completely different property in town.

Nice location easy to walk from the airport and into town. Under 10 mins from bakeries, seafront and shops and restaurants, all easy reach. The room and bed was comfortable and the water was warm.

The apartment was very spacious, it was very close to the beach. All amenities provided within the kitchen! The beds were really comfortable and great communication with host :)
Helpful hosts you can contact on Whatsapp any time. You could ask for anything and they would be at the apartment quickly to sort it out. Comfy beds of good size. Great location, can easily walk to town, the beach, snorkelling spots, etc. They send you a complete guide before arrival on possible tours, things to do on the island, etc.
Carlos picked us up at the airport, provided us with lots of useful information and was extremely welcoming. The location is great and you have everything you need for a short stay on the island
Angelica was very nice. She answered all our questions very quickly and recommended us a snorkeling tour that was amazing!
The apartment was a short walk from the center which was fine for us.
The kitchen was nice. We even had a sandwich maker.
We liked the location, just far enough from the center to be a bit more quiet but close enough to walk. All rental staff were amazing and attentive throughout the whole process. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and the beds were super comfy.
This is an ok apartment.
The bed is quite small, the kitchen isn't very well equipped but it is good value for San Cristobal. The bathroom was clean & the shower was good.
It's only about a 10 minutes stroll from the seafront & has a good supermarket opposite & a great community market around the corner.
