Fairly new place. Very clean, modern, comfortable, spacious room, good hot shower, big terrace on top floor with view and a good kitchen. Owners are not on-site but communicate well and come very quickly if you need them. I would recommend this place.

The property is in a great location - fortunate to be right next to a great restaurant on the corner and a tour agency on the other side (would recommend both). It’s great that there is a washing machine on the terrace. You need to hang dry the clothes which only takes a a couple of hours because of the heat.

Clean and big apartment, well furnished, everything new and clean, tall ceiling, comfortable bed, two ACs (we didn't use them though because it wasn't very hot outside). The kitchen has everything needed, cooler with hot and cold water, big stove, plenty of utensils, good fridge, even a coffee maker.
Very responsive hosts, helped us with all of our needs very quickly, we're always helpful!

The property was immaculately clean, and the apartment was very spacious. There were fans in the common areas and AC in each bedroom (we were in the 3 bed/3 bath apartment).
We only had a spontaneous short stay for one btw stayed 2 nights. Romy personally took care from the moment we arrived. Even booked a tour + the fairy ride to Santa Cruz (smaller Speedboat) He drove us to the Bankomat and was very helpful on any questions we had. dove us to the harbour. it is a rather short walk, but he took care we get to all of our events in time and even prepared breakfast at 5:45 to be on schedule. He is such a sweetheart !!! Thanks. Hope i will come again.

Guests are welcome with fruits, the staff is really nice, they give you hints about the island and what to visit in it. The apartment feels spacious and confortable.
Absolutely everything about the place was perfect, location, views are incredible! Apartment was so clean and tidy with anything and everything we could need, snorkel and kayak rental downstairs, small cafe/shop also downstairs and across the road is the beautiful Playa Mann which we spent alot of time at. Contact was fast and easy, Fernando organized our taxi from the airport - Henry ! Who is also amazing and helped us alot. Everything went so smoothly and Fernando was only a message away If we needed anything. Thank you again.
