Sadly, after booking and receiving a confirmation, the host messaged, the next day, to let me know that I was not gonna be able to use the apartment, and it was very difficult for me to get a hold of them but only after eight hours, so it was a very stressful situation to handle. Afterwards she offered a new facility, but the price was a lot higher, which we had to accept otherwise we wouldn’t have a place to sleep tonight. She also asked me to cancel the reservation and she asked me not to book this new facility, but to pay her directly instead. Complicated situation, specially, since we have been traveling for long distances and we just needed a place to stay for the night, so that gave us an extra amount of stress.

We stayed only overnight and left early morning, however if we would have stayed longer we can imagine using all the benefits the flat offers.
