Hotel is a new in a new building and looks very fresh. Self check-in and check-out are very weel provided. There is a undeground parking spot and very spacious and bright room, equipped with everything new. Balcony is a good bonus.

The owner was fantastic. The apartment was great. Wonderful location. We were so glad to see Regensburg. The whole process was smooth. We came in late afternoon (early evening) and the owner (Alwin) initially was going to hand the key over to us but because it was Euro Cup, we ended up picking up the keys from the Italian restaurant around the corner (10 second walk). The room was spacious, with kitchen, 1.5 baths, a living room and one bedroom. Our kids had the living room and the beds were already made up for us. There was a coffee maker (a necessity for our vacation). Had great pizza from the Italian restaurant while we watched the Euro Cup. Parking was free at am Winterhafen but because of Euro Cup, it was PACKED. We drove around and around looking for an empty, legal spot. Glad we were patient because when we went the next day to get the car, the police were there ticketing cars not parked in a legal spot.

Nicely furnished and very well equipped apartment in the newly built and quiet neighborhood. Close proximity to the river.
Cosy inner yard. Microwave, oven, Nespresso machine with bonus capsules and even coffee creamer.

Very comfortable, clean and good equipped apartment in a nice an quiet rural area. Welcoming, hospitable and friendly hostess. It was the second time I’ve stayed there on my way to Hungary and I definitely will stay there again in future.

The location is a bit hard to find, but not too far from the A3 mainroad. The surroundings are great. The smell of the forrest.

We felt very well in Martina's house. Even though I only stayed one night because I was in transit through the area, I can say that it is a warm and very spacious apartment. Comfortable bed, kitchen and bathroom equipped with everything you need. I highly recommend this accommodation.
It is near highway in beautiful rural setting. What is special is that it was a former beer brewery. Now beautifully industrially decorated hotel. short stay
It is really at a wonderful place - near to forest and meadom, the apartman is really clean, fully equipped, with an awesome interior. The garden is full with cute accessories, sculptures, not talking about the flowers, bushes, fruit trees and veggies.
The owner, Martina is really nice and told me everything I needed, it was not necessary for her to be at the apartment at our arrival. You can grab a beer, drink, coffee in the kitchen, the list of fee is available on the desk.
