Good contact with the owner. All directions and details of how to retrieve the Keys were easy to understand to the extent that we didnt need to contact the landlord. He contacted us instead as he wanted to check with us if all was good as we dindnt bother the landlord due to good directions and little needs. The place is clean and warm. There is a huge car park outside. Recommend for large families or group of friends who need a well priced place to stay for a couple of nights.

Apartment is stunning, spacious, and had 99% of everything we needed! 15 min walk or so into the old town centre, we had a great time at the apartment and meeting locals at Ricks Pub a 7-8 min walk away. Great location for travelling into Frankfurt from the local train station (approx 15 min walk) for the football, fan zones, or to travel to other cities.
Smallest apartment I stayed in but it was very cozy and it had every facility you would expect. Everything was clean and tidy. We needed somewhere to crash during our road trip and this was exactly what we were looking for.

Everything was clean, there was tv with netfilx/prime, kitchen had all the supplies and equipment, and it was very easy to talk with Kathrin.
The private courtyard, decorated by the host, allowed us to gather local relatives for pizza. The entire village of Seligenstadt is walkable from the apartment— bakeries, butchers, fresh fruit, and veggies a 2-minute walk.
Totally recommended for a short stay in the city. We stayed there when coming to town to visit the flipper museum, which is literally at the next street, so location was our primary concern and this was super top. The place is comfortable with all utilities to cook simple meals. Very clean.
