The property was easy to find, host was very nice.
Everything was in good and working condition, The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. We were only there for 1 night, so it was a bit of overkill for us, however, if you have a lengthy stay it would be a great option. It has a good-sized bedroom, kitchen, living room, and shower/bathroom.
There was free wifi, with good speed, but the coverage dropped slightly in the living room. The TV channels are mainly in German, 1 English BBC, that I could find.
Very nice garden. My wife heard a cat, unfortunately, we did not see the cat.
The property backs up to a quarry, the Vulkan Brewery is maybe a 10 minute walk. A Rewe XL is in town, about a 15-minute walk or a very short drive.
The windows open German style, so slightly ajar or all the way. Solid doors, everything was lockable.
No safe, no fans, 2 different style coffee makers, microwave, stove, etc.
(as a side note, - we normally use fragrance free laundry detergent, which I would recommend changing to in a hospitality environment)

Private parking spot with an EV wall charger, a spacious garden and a very modern and light interior. The kitchen has garden access and the appartment was absolutely spottless. Everything is very new and the kitchen is well equipped. There's even a snack drawer where you can take some treats for a small fee. The village itself isn't very big, but there's a small grocery store if you need anything. The view beyond the garden was very nice.

This flat is amazing, the most immaculate place that we have ever stayed in. Lovely pack of local beer as a gift from the hosts on the table when we walked in. Around 30 mins from nürburgring which is ideal, the local area has plenty to see as well. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants around it within walking distance or a short drive. We will definitely be returning when we next come to Germany.
Lovely couple, and a very clean and tidy house. The apartment is exceptional, even though we didnt use the kitchen or lounge, everything was there if we needed it.
We only spoke english, and the hosts only spoke German, but this was no problem at all, and they made a real effort to communicate with translator. Loved it.
Great apartment, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Most comfortable bed ever. Oasis is well located for visiting the various attractions of the region and the local rail station gives a good service to Koblenz.
