The property was easy to find, located very near to the Soviet Cemetery with plenty of on-street parking right outside.
A large spacious living area with a put you up bed in the lounge provided a good sleeping area to accompany the large double bedroom. The kitchen, with all appliances and an excellent coffee machine made mealtimes so easy. The bathroom was bright and airy which opened into the hall with plenty of storage for coats and shoes.
We collected our key from the host as everything was confirmed and explained.

It is a new place and everything is chosen and made with love. Quality of everything is high. There is no reception in house, so for check in and all services the owner must be contacted over booking.com, but the reaction is fast.
The shower is absolutly great, a very big rain shower with sufficient water and optionally a hand shower as well. The heating is a floor heating, which is nice to handle and gives you nice warm feet. All the room is white so it is and looks very clean.
Parking around the house is public, free and I always found a spot.

The property was small be met our needs perfectly. It was very quiet. Well equipped allowing us to eat in if we wanted. We used the microwave and coffee machine.
Bathroom was adequate and great shower, towels smelt fresh and were soft.
Bed was hard and low but comfortable and bedding smelt lovely and fresh. Pillows were an unusual shape.
Was cold when we first arrived but it soon warmed up.
Nice seating area outside.
Property very light when electric blinds were opened.
We stayed here to attend Havelkanal parkrun and it was a lovely walk from the property to the start. We saw foxes and other wildlife on the walk. Lidl is 2 miles away but walkable.

The apartment is well decorated and modern. There are a lot of pictures and decorations, the kitchen has all the stuff you needed for cooking, like your real home in Berlin. Transportation is convenient too, right beside U bah, 10 minutes walking to S bah.

This is a little gem of a place, with an incredible garden around it full with birds (owls, too). My daughter really enjoyed watching the birds and all the animals. The house was small but had everything one needed (and much more!) Great attention to detail. We will certainly be back!

Lovely guest house in a perfect location for our parkrun at Havelkanal in the morning. Lovely building, comfortable beds and nice seating area in the room. Communal breakfast room with crockery, fridge, kettle and coffee maker. Brigette was lovely, making the effort to talk to us in English as we know no German (our bad). Worth trying out the restaurant next door in an old railway carriage, run by her husband. He does not speak English but we managed to get the food & beer we wanted without effort.
