The place is a good base to visit nice cities and beautiful nature. Gernsbach itself also has a nice (old) center.

This is an oasis in the north part of the Schwarzwald. The hosts make sure to make you feel welcomed. It is a perfectly equipped apartment. We felt like at home, while being at the heart of a beautiful area of the Black Forest.
We love everything about our stay. The apartment was really clean, and well taken care of. The view was breathtaking. And the hosts were really lovely. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wishing to visit the black forest area.

The hosts were great - really friendly and welcoming. There are hiking trails right on the doorstep and loads more in the local area, and Forbach is close for food shopping.
