The owner gave us an iron when requested even due things like that need to be standard.
As well we stayed a week, and only when we ask they gave us additional towels.

All the superlatives for our stay such as clean, well equipped, comfortable, etc. but our biggest enjoyment was how nice and kind and helpful were our hosts.
