The apartment is situated in a beautiful location in a tiny village which gives a real feel of being in Czechia. The hosts are incredibly nice, always willing to help and the upkeep of the apartment is top notch. There is nothing to complain about, in fact. A day before the lady messaged what time we would be coming and accommodated due to the fact we were late. As we arrived there was someone to guide us to park the car, gave the keys, showed the apartment and answered any question, very patiently. They had netflix on both TVs and my kids loved watching movies while dinner was being cooked. The garden is lovely and peaceful. The spa was excellent to relax. Both the Prachov rocks and Trosky castle are very close by. 10 on 10.

The rooms and bathrooms were super clean and very comfortable, the rooms were spacious, warm and cozy. The kithcenette was fully ecquipped. The owners are very kind and helpful, they take daily care of the place and you will feel it. Though the windows in the roof you will see stars at night, the village is superquiet, you will sleep so well. The distance to ski centers is acceptable, best if you prepare the breakfast/sandwithces to take with you to reach to the parking by 8.10am in high season. Many thanks to the owners for their hospitality.

If you have a car and want to wind down in a cozy appartment, this is a very suitable stay. Very clean and well kept with a beautiful patio and a large field of grass with chairs that is adjacent to the house. Very nice bathroom with floor heating (!) and a compleet and tidy kitchen.

Apartment is new, clean and very good equipped - all basics you need are there (towels, kitchen dishes, coffee maker etc). Lots of space, pleasant view outside big windows, free parking spot. Walking distance to the center, although you need to climb up a bit when coming back. Host is helpful and nice.
