It was one of the best places I have stayed at at this price point. The single studio apartment was clean, modern, cozy, comfortable, and functional. Although it was rather small, the studio had everything I needed to make my stay perfect. The beds were comfy, and the room was quiet. The kitchenette was well stocked with all the essentials and more (e.g., tea, breakfast oats). There was a coffee machine in the lobby.
Excellent communication with the front desk via WhatsApp. Easy and quick check-in. The building and room have keyless entry—access is via PIN.
The staff was absolutely amazing—very friendly and hospitable. They went out of their way to help me with a special request and made me feel at home away from home.
The location was excellent, within walking distance from the center and beautiful parks.
Parking was located at about 10 minutes' walking distance.

The apartment was spacious, very clean & new. Very decent decoration, large TV with Netflix app to connect. Appreciate separate wc and bathroom. Fully functional kitchen, which was very nice to prepare a breakfast and joy coffee at the balcony overseeing the main street with shops. The location of this apartment is excellent. Everything is reachable by foot. 5 min to shopping mall (Kaufland, Tesco, Kik etc.), one min to a beautiful park and about 10 min to famous Kolonada.

The location was good, walking distance to two grocery shops and to the spa area. We visited the educational forest path in Kladská and Mariánské lázně (by car). We did not manage to see the nearby castle. The apartment was comfortable, there was everything we needed.
