Great location, easy entry, very clean, everything worked as expected, quiet building. Weekly cleaning for longer stays, very comfortable. Great restaurants a short walk away, lovely park walks up Spilberk Castle hill, trams stops a few seconds away. We would stay again if we return to Brno.

Comfortable and very clean apartments. Quiet place, birds singing around in the night. Restaurant available, our meals were very tasty. Free parking on the street is available.
Our 1-room apartment was spacious and clean with a wonderful and very big covered terrasse where we spent every evening. Even though the complex has several apartments it was very quiet. The pool and the pool area are well kept. Our apartment was at the end of the house by itself with a view over the garden.
The apartment is 10-minute drive from the Punkva Caves and there are good possibilities for walking in the area.
Great place! Very clean, well equipped - initially it was said on the advert there is no internet and when I asked if there is an option to have it the owner organized it very quickly and confirmed back that it's ready. And genereally the owner is super - helpful and communicative (they even helped us to bring the luggage to the flat). Very nice area - it was so quiet and comfortable. We had great time!
