We had an absolutely wonderful stay at K Sauared Apartment! The place was beautifully decorated and incredibly well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. Our host was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond by gifting us a beach basket, which was such a thoughtful touch—we even offered to pay for it, but they insisted it was a gift!

Alexandros was the perfect host, as always. This was not my first stay at this property but it was for my guest. They were impressed with the quiet location, the large patio, the good wifi and air con and the comfortable bed. On a very hot day we really appreciated the chilled water placed in the fridge for our arrival. This is definitely my first choice apartment for Xylophagou and I would hope it was not my last visit. The peaceful location and the large private patio were the 2 main attractions for me. This was not my first stay at the property and the host could not be more welcoming or helpful. Thank you! Everything had been thought of. The bed was comfortable and the whole apartment was spotless. My only concern in recommending the apartment is that it might not be available next time I travel! Location was nice and quiet and within easy walking distance of a supermarket and the centre of this charming village.

The apartment is away from the frequent area so it is good to rest. It is very well equipped and has large space for four people. The host is a very nice, helpful and great person. We could solve everything contactless and we could communicate in online messages. It is in the near of the highway so it the perfect place for people with car who wants to rest.
Quiet location and lovely layout. Great apartment with a magnificent terrace and views. Everything has been thought through and provided. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the directions and access information were perfect. I am almost afraid to recommend this apartment in case it gets booked out and becomes unavailable for me! But I have to highly recommend the apartment and the host.
Very well appointed and spacious apartment which was spotless. Everything you could need is provided. Close to good supermarket (easy walking distance) and located in a quiet part of the village. Lovely big balcony with views. Alexandros the host was excellent, particularly with helpful instructions (including video of approach to the apartment etc) and quick to respond to any queries. I would definitely recommend this apartment and this host and I hope to visit again.
