We write this as parents of two young children (2 and 4). We chose this property as a stop over, a day before we flew back home from the airport.
Location: 15mins from Larnaca beach and 15mins from the airport, it is ideally situated. Oroklini town has a good bakery, supermarket and places to eat.
Property: we chose this property as it was modern decorated, in contrast to most properties in Cyprus, a smart tv with netflix (important for our children to keep quiet), and access to a swimming pool. Everything was clean and tidy, and the structure of the building was very solid, meaning we did not feel worried about our children disturbing neighbours. Air conditioning in each room, comfortable beds and a nice shower. Some items have to be toddler proofed and moved out of the way to protect them from little hands.
Parking: Sheltered parking out of the sun was available, be cautious and slow driving out though as the hill has a steep gradient that will scrape the underside of the car.
Host: communication with the host was excellent and they were very generous with items left for guests. This included water, drinks, crisps, cereal bars, coffee and some other bits and bobs. Whilst we were choosing between here and somewhere with breakfast, i wondered if they were being too generous and hoped the provisions provided didn’t eat into their profits. As this property is very nice and people will be happy staying here, and would also be very happy with just bottles of water.
Pool: this was lovely, it was mostly to ourselves. It would benefit from all the property owners contributing to some sun shade / umbrellas for the pool.
Overall, we would recommend to any families.

Beautiful rooms, with comfortable and almost new renovation. The room layout is just like in a flat apartmets, not a room in a hotel. Everything was very clean - not just in apartments, around too.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartments. Swimming pool is clean and cool, and sunbeds are comfortable. There is everything you need in the flat, the area is quite and very close to the beach. Very friendly and helpful host. Highly recommend

The apartment had everything we needed and we just loved the heated pool. Hosts Helen and Steve were very helpful with everything we needed taxi, car rental etc.
