We travelled in September, and it was lovely and quiet at the pool. Pool cleaned each morning, and air con worked well in the bedroom. All facilities you need, cooker toaster kettle fridge freezer and washing machine. There were books to read, and i left a few behind also. We hired a car so we went into kiti most nights for food. My partner is a plane spotter, so loved seeing all the planes fly above the apartment. The proprietor was kind enough to let us stay on, on our last day as we were not flying out til 10ish. Overall lovely experience

I highly recommend this aparthotel. The location is exceptional, the apartments are comfortable, there is coffee, tea, a hairdryer with all the necessary accessories. Excellent attention from the reception staff. A very good and comfortable heating system is installed throughout the hotel - we visited for New Year's and it was relevant. We visited for a whole week - we really liked everything. We would love to come back.

It was a pleasure to stay at the apartment "Beautiful apartment near the beach in Larnaca". We are very satisfied with the accommodation. The apartment is clean with new furniture and comfortable beds, it has everything you need for a stay of the whole family or a group of friends. Two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and dining room and a large terrace. The apartment also has its own parking space, which is important if you have rented a car. Communication with the owner was friendly and excellent with detailed instructions before our arrival and during our stay. An excellent starting point for visiting Larnaca as well as other sights of beautiful Cyprus.

The balcony was great and had sun 8.30-12.30am in October. View was lovely and it was only 100m walk to the sea. Beaches are 15 minutes walk in either direction. There are many restaurants nearby and a good supermarket just around the corner. Fairly clean and the key was waiting in the door. Good Wi-Fi and shower. Very quiet.

The villa has all mod cons and is located in a quiet little corner of Cyprus. Clean and roomy, ideal for a family of three or four. The rental company are fantastic, always on hand to answer any questions and even left us a, much needed, welcome pack.

The apartment is very close to the beach and is fully equipped with sunbeds and various outdoor seating on the terrace and even on the roof of the house. So there is no need to pay for renting sunbeds on the beach. You can see the sea from the whole house. The owner is very nice and caring.
Superb location for those who don't like big crowded hotels in big cities - quiet, private, safe, close to the beaches. Close and easy access to the airport and highway. Big, nice pool. Apartment equipped with everything you need, washer and dryer too. Close to Perivolia with great local taverns and restaurants.
modern apartment, very clean, very quiet and even if other guests were there I felt like I was the only one there, very very relaxing. Patrick was very helpful, sent us recommendations on where to eat and even kindly offered us to stay the last day until evening.
