Clean, and no spiders. AC cooled well, water heater in shower worked great! The place met our needs. We liked that it was quiet when we went.

It was a lovely and spacious studio, very clean with a very modern bathroom and mini kitchen! Had everything we needed.
The host was very helpful and welcoming, and the best part about the studio was the incredible view!!!

Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. For self catering it has all the necessary equipment. I found the premises very clean and an extension lead was supplied upon request. The size of the pool is sufficient enough and the pool bar prices are reasonable for both drinks and snacks. I will definitely be returning.
Superb location. Amazing view from the rooms and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Also, the fish we had at the apartment's restaurant was great. We will be back!

Everything was good. The apartment is sufficient for a short stay. The basic cookware to prepare breakfast was there and the airconditions were working great. The small balcony facing the west is great as there is no sun in the morning and can eat your breakfast outside.
Well appointed apartment that looks as if it has been recently refurbished. Comfortable bed and good quality furnishings. Good sized kitchen area and very good refirgerator. Balcony got the morning sun and had sea and mountain views. Lighting was good, even the balcony lights were good enough to read by. The beach is just accross the road, and there are restaurants and a supermarket in the village.
Wonderful place to stay in Kato Pyrgos! Everything was spotless clean, the hosts went above and beyond to meet us at our late check-in. Nice views, comfortable apartment, suitable for friends and family! We would def stay here again.
