The property has a great location, it is surrounded by the banana fields. So there are no neighbors besides the ones from the next door apartments (totally 3 apartments in the building).
Located very close to the main road with some restaurants and hotels. The Barakas lounge which features a playground for kids is literally a few steps away from the property, just across the main road. Multiple beaches are also available nearby. I recommended you to rent a car because it is a real challenge to cross the road by foot 😁 (there are no crosswalks nearby) and also because it takes no more than 5-10 minutes to get to the nearest beaches by car. Paphos itself can be reached in around 7-10 minutes by car.
There is a daily cleaning service with the towels being changed every day and the linens once in 3 days. The stuff was very friendly and helpful.

Well run family hotel, well situated from town centre and beach
Situated in Coral Bay, Beautiful villa five minutes from Coral Bay beach! features accommodation with private pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive.
Clean and tidy apartments. Pool area clean and tidy. All staff were friendly and nice. The food was lovely and a reasonable price. Location was good supermarket across the road for essentials and stuff, and just behind the apartments 5 minute walk was a little town with shops and restaurants.
Perfectly located apartment, near enough to walk to Coral Bay shops, bars and the beach but far enough away so that it’s nice and quiet. Rooms are very well equipped, comfortable and spacious. Pool area is lovely and clean and there always seems to be enough sun beds. Nice little bar with seating area too. Plenty of parking space if you have a car, some of it in shade which is great in the hot summer. Lovely restaurant with all the Greek traditional food on the menu.
It's simple and does the job. Was our base for 9 days. Didn't have any breakfast but the food we did eat here were big portions for decent price.
Had self catering apartments, meant we could eat breakfast and lunches in the room if need be. Rooms were clean enough. Had a lovely time away.
Apartment is a decent size and has free AC in the bedroom and living area. There is a small pool area with sunbeds and the pool was nice and clean. Enough parking out the front and easy to find. About 10 mins walking distance from the main coral bay strip for bars and restaurants, and just across the road from a large supermarket. Drinks prices were very cheap. As expected for the price paid and fine for a short stay.
The villa had 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main part and a separate, self contained studio apartment underneath with 4 beds. The location was great, a lovely traditional Greek
restaurant opposite, 10 minute walk to the main strip and 15 minutes to a very large supermarket who offer free delivery. Both of Coral Bays lovely beaches were 5 minute walk away.
The pool was fab for children, not too deep and plenty of space to sunbathe. We also loved the outside seating area.
Fantastic apartment in a great location, just a few minutes off the strip but still very quiet. Good sized comfortable room which was very clean. Great bar and pool, with inflatables provided for the kids. Staff were all really friendly and couldn't do enough to help, particularly TJ and Isabella. We'll be back next time we head to Coral Bay!!!

The apartments are like really funky one bedroom flats, nothing was too much trouble .. Stavros’ breakfasts were amazing and he even catered for a fussy me.. what a lovely couple he and his wife are and the team he has working for him are like extended family members.
