We had a wonderful stay at this charming 3-bedroom house in Nicosia. One of the bedrooms is set up as a fully functional office, making it ideal for anyone working remotely. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the city center, yet tucked away in a quiet area with the added convenience of private parking.
The house itself is a bit older, but it’s incredibly clean, well-maintained, and furnished with great taste. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring maximum comfort during our stay. The living spaces are cozy, and everything from the beds to the seating was very comfortable.
The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, providing thoughtful touches like water, chips, cookies, coffee, and tea. They were super polite, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, this house is a fantastic choice for both work and leisure, offering great amenities and an unbeatable location. Highly recommended!

Great location and host. The flat was much larger than I expected it to be. The major things we were looking for were a downtown location, big balcony, and a crib/parking space. This property was able to meet all of those wishes and then some. I was pleasantly surprised to find a booster seat already set up in the eat-in kitchen, and my kids loved having a chance to play with some new toys (shown in photos). This property would be great for a longer stay because the kitchen is spacious and fully stocked with plates, cups, bowls, pots/pans and more. The flat was also extremely clean, the wifi worked well, and local cable/Netflix were available on the TV. I would love to stay here again in the future!

This is in a quiet, residential area, parking is not a problem, but its still within walking distance of good traditional Cypriot restaurants, mini markets and an excellent Bavarian deli called Bavarian Deli. Five minute drive to the parking lots outside the old city and easy to navigate. Clean, fully fitted kitchen - which is larger than a lot of kitchens you'll find in this class - comfortable bed.
Okay, I've buried the lede: Mr Hero is the highlight. I don't think the hosts will mind if I say this - if you don't like cats, look elsewhere. Mr Hero is the most well-behaved 18-year-old I've ever met; handsome, shiny coat, well groomed and very affectionate. When you're there, he probably wants to spend time with you. If you're traveling for business or holiday and you've left a kitty behind at your home, Mr Hero will solve your problems.
