By far the best hotel I booked in Costa Rica. Even extended my stay for a while. Spacious room that even has a kitchen attached, a balcony surrounded by greenery, what more is there to wish for? Very nice host, who also run the restaurant across the street, which is probably also one of your best options in Montezuma.

This apartment was just off the main street but it was quiet. The lane it is on wends its way down to a small stream so there were lots of birds.We also loved the chickens and their babies scratching in the grass and the roosters crowing in the morning . Lovely to have access to stores and restaurants and still feel you are not in a city.

Property is some 400 meters away from the main street, which is fairly busy with cars, motorcycles and ATVs. So, the place is not noisy at all. That is something I really liked. Last night staying there we ran out of propane gas for cooking our meals but the owners were very eager to replace it quickly after, after we reported it.
