We stayed in the upper floor with the large windows with view over Montezums. This was the best feature of the suite, it gives free airflow through the suit and is great t spend time watching nightfall. We also we liked the two daybeds and the huge life edge tabke that dominates the kitchen/living area.
The kitchen is basic but has everything that is needed, however there are no condiments such as salt, pepper or oil.
There are two pools on the property, both are little, just 1.5 by 3 meters. The one pool in a nice nature setting, the pool nearest to our room next to the parking lot. Its been clean with no critters.

Rosio and her partner are so lovely and helpful, reachable by whatsapp and very responsive! The atmosphere was very relaxed, perfect for Santa Teresa’s high season start. Beds were comfortable and sheets and towels smelt wonderful, everything was tidy and clean ! and the AC and internet were efficient! The exterior is well maintained and beautiful !

Beautiful, spacious, clean & cosy. It has every amenity you could need for a stay; parking, cooking, laundry, shower etc. Hosts were amazing throughout the stay…welcoming & attentive. The bed was huge and comfy and the hammocks outside were lovely too. No complaints at all about our stay - we extended for one night and would absolutely go back.
