This condominium is beautiful and very well kept. You can even wash and dry your clothes while you’re there. It is also only 5 kilometers from the hotels that are pick up points for many of the tours that go to the Arenal volcano. The owner is very responsive and accommodating.

The ambience. The view was amazing. I really liked the decor (space theme). I felt comfortable using things without feeling like I needed to disinfect everything first. The neighborhood is walkable and many options for eating and doing other things. There were far more English speakers in the building and neighborhood than I expected. This was neither a good or bad thing just worth sharing. Unfortunately I was very ill when I got there so I didn’t get to enjoy any of the amenities.

Clean modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with 24 hour security. The apartment owner, Señor Warren replied swiftly to all our questions.
1 minute walk to Eco Urbano Plaza with lots of healthy food options. The Plaza included an excellent bar/restaurant on the 2nd floor.
For travelers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
The apartment is very cozy, quiet, and well-equipped. It is in a nice neighborhood within walking distance to the main street in San Pedro. There is a gated parking space.
A very nice and spacious flat with a well equipped kitchen. The room was big and very clean. The host is very kind and welcoming. I hope to stay here again on my return to San Jose.
