Fabulous location, although a bit slippery to walk down the sidewalks to get to the main roads during the rainy season. We were able to cook spaghetti and other meals with ease inside our room. Lucy, the host, was easy to contact via booking and whatsapp. We didn't go to the pool at all due to mosquito season, but it looked nice and clean! The fan inside the room works well to keep you cool. And sheets/towels were changed upon request. My partner and I worked from home most days we were there and the internet was great. Overall an easy stay.

The location was within easy walking distance of the beach and town. The apartment is stylish and had real flare ... we loved it as soon as we walked in. Good kitchen facilities. Enjoyed sitting outside watching the hummingbirds.
This is truely a little gem just outside the „center“ of Samara, a 300m walk from the beach (or drive with enough roadside parking at least in June).
Well maintained, kept tidy and clean - 15 rooms with pool area and jacuzzi facilities of a larger place 😁.

The staff was amazing and helpful. Really wonderful people. Great pool. Apartments are a great size. Easy access location The design of the building is cool because though being right on street you can't hear much of traffic and being at pool feels pretty secluded. Nice sunny pool deck. Walkable to the tiny downtown stores. Get your laundry done here too!
The location was fantastic—quiet and beautiful but still close to town. The apartment was fully equipped and the AC’s functioned perfectly, which felt like a luxury. I especially loved all the animals next door, and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious. The staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly.
The little houses are in a back area of a quiet street. The one I stayed in (grey) is big, it's more of a small flat then a studio. Everything was spotless. The communication with Sofia, the housekeeper, was very easy: she's very friendly and helpful.
