The owners were amazing for everything, they went beyond to make us feel comfortable, like, at home! it is a beautiful apartment located close to stores and all you need. It's on the way to San Jose, there is Volcanoes to go visit and the town is beautiful. Also the view from the kitchen is just mountains. I loved it there. Maria and Don Alberto are amazing, beautiful people. Pura Vida!

The apartment was super clean and very roomy. It’s so nice to have the bedroom separate from living/dining. And the laundry room was a wonderful bonus! In addition, you have a room outside the door as well.

Never got to stay at property due to coming in late and owner not sending info to get in. Absolutely ridiculous. Even though we had communicated we would be in very late due to car trouble. They had okayed the late arrival then messaged later saying they wouldn’t wait up for us.

This condominium is beautiful and very well kept. You can even wash and dry your clothes while you’re there. It is also only 5 kilometers from the hotels that are pick up points for many of the tours that go to the Arenal volcano. The owner is very responsive and accommodating.

Absolutely stunning & Vivi (the host) made the whole stay even better. The apartment is already Wow! with the view - honestly worth the stay just for it. You can have breakfast, relax, work remotely & even go to the bathroom admiring the view! But having Vivi as the host exceeded my expectations - she treated us like friends, she was absolutely amazing with helping us getting to the place and getting us some food. She was very attentive to us and sooooo friendly, it was great chatting with her as well.

Nice cozy apartment. Martin offered us dinner from their BBQ which his family had even this was not included in the price. Communication was great. Great location if you would like to visit Cartago or volcan Poas.
Great parking and lots of space. Obviously a granny flat with her belongings still being used. Mother and son did try to make it amenable but less is more.
Functioning hot shower and toilet would be great. Also bathroom sink that could not dislodge from wall
The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and responsive.
Breakfast was copious and freshly prepared each day, at whatever time we requested.
The apartment is ideal for a short or long stay, well-equipped and comfortable.
A regular bus service to El Tejar and Carago stops almost opposite the apartment. There are shops within walking distance, so with a very inexpensive Uber service, a car is not essential.
Ideal for staying a few days with a group - we were just two people for one night, so couldn't make much use of the big apartment and its facilities.
