Paol at reception was great- extremely helpful and attentive, and assisted us with booking tours and restaurant recommendations. The neighborhood is green and quiet, and although not close to the metro or nightlife, everything is a short taxi drive away. Everything looks brand new in the apartment, and the cute swimming pool and gym are a plus as well.

this place had the greatest view of all of medellin. absolutely stunning. the bedrooms/bathrooms were in order and everything was nice and clean. the one thing i should warn others is that the location is far from all the touristic areas, but you won't have trouble finding transportation to the areas you want to go. There was an issue with the hot water not being hot the entire time, but someone came to look at it. the owner was very attentive and any concern i had, he would be on it.

The apartment is really nice, very large.and nicely equipped. Even though it was a 4th floor, the stairs were easy. Doña Yolanda, the caretaker who lives in the building, is really nice and went out of her way to make sure the stay was comfortable. Providing a coffemaker with ground coffee and sugar is a nice touch. Downstairs there is a bakery where you can get fresh buñuelos in the morning, and an empanada place if you need a quick snack. Also, plenty of supermarkets in a 3 block radius.
Located in Rionegro, this apartment is 14 mi from Medellín. The property is 20 mi from Guatapé and free private parking is featured. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property.

Location location location. So easy to find food, supermarket and have conveniences of home. Experienced more than usual airport noise as we were in direct flight pattern. But not the location made up for it.

Your own private room, next to a lot of establishments within walking distance from the accommodation. A lot of food nearby and shopping. With that being said, it is reasonably quiet at night time and you don't have to listen to a lot of clubs like you would in hotels within the cities. David was an excellent host and offered to take me around the city whenever I needed. He is very attentive.
