Newly renovated property, and almost excellent amenities. They clearly put thought and money into it. The people renting the place (Nolberto and his wife) live upstairs at the main house and they are so incredibly nice. They do not speak English but we used Google Translate to talk and it was okay. It was all very fresh and clean too (with bleach so don’t walk with your socks)

The apartment was super clean and the kitchen big! Many blankets were provided and the host was very friendly and always attentive. The shower was excellent :)
This was probably our best accomodation in Colombia. It's a little paradise in the beautiful countryside outside of Filandia - beautiful large garden with various birds flying around all the time (colibris, parrots, condors), stylish rooms and the best host Gloria who was super helpful with everything we needed.
It's a very simple place, but it has everything you need for a short stay. Two blocks away from the main central park, there are plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. The host was very helpful and responsive to any questions. I highly recommend it.
The apartment is in a good location, walking distance to rhe main square, supermarkets, bus stops and the Mirador. I had an apartment at the back and didn't notice any noise from the street so slept well. There was basic cooking utensils but no fridge (there maybe in other apartments so check when booking). The apartment was super clean and there is a hot shower. The communication leading up to and during the stay was excellent. I am sure if there was anything I needed for my stay it would have been provided.
We loved everything about the Penthouse, specially the location, the decoration which is really modern and beautiful, the view from it, it is spacious and big perfect to stay with family and friends, and the owner Laura was so helpful and friendly.
