It was great value for money. Right next to the beach, the owner of the flat and management staff were very friendly, we had great communication. The flat has air con and 3 bathrooms and 2 rooms, it was very comfortable. I had 2 flats in the same building and horrible experience with the second one(which had no reviews) they didn’t even let me make a review in booking as they cancelled the booking through the app. So I strongly recommend to stay just at properties that have reviews !

    Cannot fault the property, two bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and a spacious bedroom which is perfect for a short stay. The balcony is lovely too with a sitting area and a hammock. There's also a washing machine and a dryer in case this is required. Overall we had a great stay, the apartment is clean and check in was smooth. The apartment is a short cab ride to the walled city of Cartagena. The views are nice as well. Highly recommend.

    I had a really good experience staying here on my holiday in Cartagena. The location is excellent, in a very safe area of the city and you just need to cross the street for the beach and there are so many shops and restaurant at walking distance. The host was really nice and I got a late check out which was very much appreciated. You have a great sea view from the entire apartment, this makes it so nice especially as your bedroom window oversees the sea as well.

    The leasing agent was really wonderful, very responsive and attentive to our needs. The apartment is very comfortable and it has a gorgeous view. The building is part of a condominium with a very nice pool and lobby area. Overall, definitely recommend if you’d like to stay in the Karibana area of Cartagena ☀️

    I stayed in apartment 302. Huge room, separate living/sleeping/dining rooms, huge closet, great bathroom, high ceilings and a very nice balcony. There's a full kitchen that hides behind folding doors a full-size washer and dryer. It's like staying in a small condo building that's fully service (attended lobby/concierge and housekeeping). The building has been thoughtfully modernized with very nice to luxurious finishes throughout. GREAT location that's a half block in from the busier streets.

    Self catering therefore no breakfast - the description was more appropriate to an hotel not an apartment. In my opinion toiletries should be more than a bottle of bath gel! Although there was sophisticated cooking equipment there was no hair drier an worst of all no hot water or sink plugs or basins. Comfortable but small bed - not really suitable for more than 2 adults. Loose wiring would be dangerous for children.

    Lovely apartment wish I could give it 100/10. Sabrina & Carlos were such lovely hosts. I'll be staying here again next time we are in Cartagena. Location is a short walk to Getsamine but best a taxi back late at night they are super cheap anyways. The gated community has a few shops & big olimpica next to it or you can just use Rappi. A great flat all to yourself highly recommended.
