The room is to die for - wonderful. The view is just perfection and I love the floor to ceiling windows. Air conditioning works like a charm. Scooter rental is also a huge perk - the staff was super helpful on that. They also got us tickets for the Impressions show. We drove a scooter (with a charging break) to the tea plantation though which I highly recommend!
The staff was fabulous! They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and got everywhere we wanted to go. Location was great, with bike rental right on property, two quaint coffee shops right across the street and walking trail access.
The location was great with the nice scenery that can be seen right from the apartment. It is also close to West Street which is a good location to stroll at night. Other travellers there are very friendly and sociable, hence I managed to interact with people from different nationalities.
The staff was amazing. They were super helpful and speak english. Whatever we needed to organize we would get it within 1h (bike rental, calligraphy course, costume, walk itinerary, ...).
The room itself was nice and clean too, with a cute balcony and fancy bathroom. You can also order food from their kitchen. The area is super convenient, next to the river, a street full of cafes, but still calm at night.
I definitely recommend, probably the best accommodation from my trip.
Amazing stay ! Great location with views ! We had the family apartment which gave us space much needed as a family ! But what made the stay great was the staff, kindness and very helpful
Excellent location!! Within walking distance of Lao Zhai mountain and the landscape depicted on the 20 yuan note. There's also an electric bike rental just a stone's throw from this inn.
A peaceful, relaxing sanctuary after a day doing activities or in the noisy town. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. They patiently discussed many options with us and helped book tickets and activities. The rooms are great for families, we were upgraded upon arrival to a lovely room with a small yard. The children enjoyed the hotel grounds (which included a playground and pool). A very cozy place and the food is delicious, we felt safe letting our kids (8 and 10) explore freely around the property.

Lilly is amazing! Electric heated bedsheets, bike rental, all was amazing. She helped me with all my questions, brought me to the closest laundrey shop, even when I had some trouble with Alipay and WeChat she helped me out. Can’t thank you enough Lilly!
